We work with clients across time zones as a matter of course. If email is easier than a call given where you are, that is the normal way this firm operates; you will not be asked to adapt to a single time zone to get a response.

What to expect next

We aim to respond within two business days with either a scoping question or a short summary of how an engagement would run for your category. If the request is not a fit, for example if it falls outside the product categories described on the sectors page, we will say so directly rather than leaving it open. There is no cost or commitment attached to an initial conversation; scoping and fees are only discussed once we understand what you need.
